Sales Administrator

Tom’s Truck Center is a commercial truck dealership with locations in Santa Ana and Santa Fe Springs.  We are hiring for a Sales Administrator to assist our new and used truck departments with day to day business.  You must appreciate a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls and route as needed.
  • Disperse internet and phone leads to salespeople promptly
  • Assist with updating inventory and stocking trucks into our dealer management system (CDK)
  • Compile reports and distribute as needed
  • Assist sales management with projects
  • Reconcile truck deals
  • Create purchase orders
  • Keep showroom organized & greet/assist customers

Requirements:

  • Previous dealership experience preferred
  • CDK experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (this position uses Excel daily)
  • Thorough, accurate, detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area
  • Flexible team player with a great attitude
  • Valid driver license to commute between stores as needed
