I had a warranty recall on my Ford RV.Didn’t get too much help until I reached Armondo at Toms Trucks in the Santa Fe service department.He said bring it in and we’ll get right on it.He was true to his word.They even located a part from another recall for the same problem to get me back on the road the same day.Service how it used to be !

I ordered a used transmission from Tom’s with a 90 day warranty, unfortunately the transmission failed so Tom’s paid for the shipping back to them and fully refunded the me for the transmission. It was unfortunate that the transmission did not hold up but that is they way it goes sometime with used parts. However, Tom’s was very professional and backed it with amazing service.
