I had a warranty recall on my Ford RV.Didn’t get too much help until I reached Armondo at Toms Trucks in the Santa Fe service department.He said bring it in and we’ll get right on it.He was true to his word.They even located a part from another recall for the same problem to get me back on the road the same day.Service how it used to be !
It was an absolute pleasure to work with these guys! Brought our RV for a Recall- got scheduled within a week and was amazed they finished everything 3 days before they told us they would! It is definitely worth our drive of 2 hours to get to them! Will not take our RV anywhere else!

Without hesitation, Mike Hacken took immediate action on purely providing me the information I needed within 15 minutes of a meeting I was having requiring that information. Their professionalism was tried and true then and just confirmed that culture has not changed, great job and much appreciated.
If you have a commercial vehicle this is the place to bring it and get it serviced. For the past 3 years We have been bringing our trucks here and they never disappoint us. The staff is very friendly and professional. We bought some of our trucks here too and their sales team is just as amazing as their service department team.
