Sales Administrator
Tom’s Truck Center is a commercial truck dealership with locations in Santa Ana and Santa Fe Springs. We are hiring for a Sales Administrator to assist our new and used truck departments with day to day business. You must appreciate a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and route as needed.
- Disperse internet and phone leads to salespeople promptly
- Assist with updating inventory and stocking trucks into our dealer management system (CDK)
- Compile reports and distribute as needed.
- Assist sales management with projects
- Reconcile truck deals
- Create purchase orders
- Keep showroom organized & greet/assist customers
Requirements:
- Previous dealership experience preferred
- CDK Experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (this position uses Excel daily)
- Thorough, accurate, detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area
- Flexible team player with a great attitude
- Valid driver license to commute between stores as needed
