Diagnostic Check-ups

If you’ve ever seen your dash light up with the infamous “check engine” light, or the dreadful “ABS Brake” symbols. Then you also know that they can only be ignored for so long. Things as small as just noticing lower power, regening too often, or odd noises while driving, are some signs that it’s time for a diagnostic checkup.

Bringing your truck into one of Tom’s Truck Center’s Service Departments, lets one of our fully certified technicians perform a full diagnostic checkup and inspection.  Our technicians will perform a free 22-Point Inspection, a visual inspection and run a full health report, to see if anything appears off. This includes running component checks, and electrical & mechanical tests. We do this by hooking up to your vehicles ECM and control modules and checking for any active codes or stored codes. This way we can help stop any current issues and see any potential problems before they become a safety problem and increase the downtime for your business.

Tom’s technicians verify that your issues are addressed and any work on your vehicle is explained to you with your estimate before being completed.  Our goal is to keep your vehicle on the road safely for as long as possible – we are driven to keep you driving!
